I am not currently selling all rights to any original painting. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. The collector has the right to display the artwork in their home or business. Artwork may not be resold or reproduced for profit in any way without the written permission of the artist.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?CREATE A GAB'S VISUAL ARTIST ACCOUNT To create a GAB'S VISUAL ARTIST account follow these steps: 1. Click on "My Account" at the top right of the home page 2. On the login page, specify your email in the dedicated space for "New Customer". 3. Click on the option to continue and specify the remaining data. You will receive an email with a confirmation of account creation and a reminder of the identification data. You will need this data to identify yourself and place an order on the site. EXCHANGE POLICYAll products you purchase through GABSVISUALARTIST.COM can be exchanged within a maximum period of TEN (10) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order or returned within a maximum period of seventy-two (72) business hours. from the date of receipt of the order. The products must be in the same condition in which they were sent, without having been used, with the packaging, original labels and in good condition. Original Packaging is called Protective Boxes/Cases, protective packaging, guarantees and explanatory brochures are considered part of the product. Personalized products cannot be exchanged or returned. Not used, without marks or alterations made by the client. The client may exchange or return the Product(s) by sending it by mail, the shipment of the first change is free of charge, then it will be the responsibility of the client. IF I RETURN AN ARTICLE, WHEN DO I GET MY REFUND?NO REFUNDS EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY. Once the return is received, the refund will be made within a maximum period of 48 hours. 90% of the amount of the returned items will be refunded to your bank account. The products may be returned within a maximum period of seventy-two (72) business hours from the date of receipt of the order or a credit note may be requested within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

DO ANY OF YOUR PAINTINGS INCLUDE FRAMED?Unfortunately, prices do not include framing of works on canvas or framing/mapping of works on paper. If you want me to make a framing suggestion, just send me an email at gabs.visualartist@gmail.com and I'll be happy to advise you! Paintings on canvas. All canvas paintings will be attached for hanging and will be "ready to hang" when you receive them, but will not be framed. Paintings on paper. Paintings on paper will not be framed unless stated. Proper framing is important for works on paper to prevent damage and degradation of the materials used to create the painting. For best results, make sure all framing and mounting items are made from the proper materials. A mat or spacer should be used to prevent the paint from coming into direct contact with the glass.

HOW CAN I DETERMINE COLOR ACCURACY?I do my best to accurately depict the colors within a painting. However, when purchasing a painting, I hope you keep in mind that color and brightness vary greatly from screen to screen. If you are trying to match colors or have any concerns about color accuracy please contact me prior to purchasing so we can discuss it without any issues, I'll be happy to help.

WHAT MATERIALS AND MEDIA DO YOU USE FOR YOUR PAINTINGS?I use professional quality acrylic paints to create all of the Artworks. The papers chosen are heavyweight and professional grade, 100% acid free. For paintings on canvas, I apply a permanent insulation coat and finish followed by a removable, gloss or satin varnish that contains UVLS (Ultraviolet Light Stabilizers) to provide additional protection against UV light and help resist scratches, damage and moisture. . I recommend for longevity of paintings that they should be displayed out of direct sunlight and should not be hung in an area of high humidity. Most of the works on paper are painted on 100% cotton, 300gsm, heavyweight watercolor paper. I use this type of grammage, the heaviest, since it does not bend or wrinkle with multiple layers of acrylic paint. As a result, it cannot be rolled. I ship my artwork in a large sturdy cardboard box or envelope for protection.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY
All products purchased through www.gabsvisualartist.com can be exchanged within a maximum period of TEN (10) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order or returned within a maximum period of seventy-two (72) business hours from the date of receipt of the order.
The products must be in the same state in which they were sent, without having been used, and with the original packaging and labels, in good condition.
Original Packaging is called Boxes/Protective covers, protective packaging, guarantees and explanatory brochures are considered part of the product. Personalized products cannot be exchanged or returned.
No markings or alterations made by the customer.
The client may make the change or return of the Products by mail, it will be the client who covers the return shipping costs. Get in touch directly through the form if you have any questions about any of the details of the artwork you are purchasing or product. Im happy to send additional photos and/or color swatches to make sure the colors will work in your space. If you would like to send me a photo of the room or wall where the painting will be hung, I can virtually place the artwork in your room or on the wall photo to give you a better idea of how it will look in your space.
Despite the attention we pay to our customers orders and the quality control we carry out before all shipments, it can exceptionally happen that an item has a quality defect or that you are not satisfied with your purchase (whether due to a change of opinion, error when making the purchase or improper handling by the client) it must be the client who is in charge of sending us the product(s) without any undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 10 business days upon receipt of the product(s) and it will be the customer who covers the return shipping costs.
If your product has arrived damaged, to solve it as soon as possible, send an email to gabs.visualartist@gmail.com within a maximum period of one week from the moment of delivery, with photos of your product, your order number and any other detail you have about the order, and we will contact you with a solution as soon as possible!
